QE Gurugram x RNCM

A World-Class Partnership in Music Education

The Royal Northern College of Music (RNCM), in the United Kingdom, is one of the world's most respected and forward-thinking music conservatoires.

Founded in 1973, RNCM is home to more than 950 students from over 60 countries. It holds the Royal Patronage of His Majesty The King and ranks in the Top 10 for music in the QS World University Rankings. Located in the heart of Manchester, RNCM has built its reputation on producing versatile, career-ready musicians, supported by three major performance spaces and a faculty recognised among the UK's leading conservatoires for research and teaching excellence. 

Queen Elizabeth's School, Gurugram, has partnered with RNCM to bring this world-class standard directly to our students. The partnership formally begins in September 2026. 

What this means for QE students: 

Learning directly from conservatoire-level expertise: RNCM faculty, associates and senior students will run masterclasses, side-by-side training sessions and mentoring, giving our students access to teaching standards usually reserved for conservatoire-level musicians.
Real performance opportunities, not just theory: through performance-based learning experiences, students build stage confidence and technical skill in front of real audiences, not only in lessons.
